There are 2 dragonflies, a butterfly, and several hearts that are hidden in the painting to add to the fun. It is a happy, fun painting suitable for a large space in today's homes or offices. I love the contrasts, textures, and colors of this contemporary Mountain. It also looks great horizontally, and I have gently signed it both ways. The painting is done over texture with an acrylic paint that has a great deal of metal in it. It is then treated with patina to change the metal color, and enhanced with pastels.
