Bright trees with a sunset in the background are watched by a couple. The descending copper squares are the light of the Creator entering the painting.
The body of this Quadruvium is beautiful shades of gray over a variety of texture. A turquoise river makes its way over the terrain that is studded with petroglyph style images. The sides and edges are decorated with fine line designs in brick, copper, gold and turquoise.
The spirits of the mountain and the earth are seen in symbols in this abstract sunset painting. The Entity watches over all. It is acrylic with some foil. Gallery wrapped, no need to frame.

Another in the Metamorphosis series, this painting has the same warm tones accented by copper and deep green stamping. It also has metallic gold in addition to the copper. The Entity is an integral part of the design in this piece. The 2.5" sides are painted the same warm burnt orange as the painting, so no need to frame.
36"x48"x2.0"
A small version of a Metamorphosis series painting, which includes the golds and burnt orange accented by dark green. The Entity can easily be seen. Spirals and a triskelion contribute to the design. The raven is rising, heading for the light. An Indian legend say the raven is responsible for dropping he light--sun, moon, and stars--into the dark sky and so we have light. Done in soft colors, the raven looks strong and sturdy against the soft background. This is a very large Quadruvium, suitable for homes or offices with high ceilings. It is done in my favorite warm gold and brown tones with turquoise, metallic gold, and coppers on the sides, edges, and symbols. Each square of this Quadruvium is 18". It may be seen and purchased at Xanadu Gallery on Main Street in Scottsdale.
A large work in the Metamorphosis Series, with its warm colors accented by dark green and coppers. The Entity is a little elusive in this one--in some lights you hardly see it, and in bright light it is very evident. The same is true of the triskelion on the right side. The sides are painted to match the painting, so no need to frame. It's name means "fearlessness" in Spanish, and comes from a mentor's suggestion that I paint one of my favorite songs that has the line "have no fear at all". Hence, the largest painting I have ever done--in an attitude of fearlessness!!

I love Sedona, AZ. This work has the look of Sedona, and has my symbols in it from ancient traditions as well as my own thought. I love it's colors, textures, and design.

This is another in the Metamorphosis series, characterized by the warm colors accented by deep green, copper, and stamping. This is a large painting, 72" tall. It has a deep box of 2.5" . The sides are very well finished, and no frame is needed. The Entity has the light of the Creator touching the shoulder, and the light of the Creator also enters in the descending golden squares. Energy seems to surround the Entity, flowing from the spiral at top right. Confianza means confidence in Spanish.
A beautiful predominately turquoise work that has life that cannot be sustained without water. Done with gleaming fine line work on the corners, textures, and symbols, it is one of my personal favorites.
